Ideas for film

These are the things I have written down so we can all map it in our own way for our sketchbooks :)


  • Drag Queens
  • Individuality - person identity

  • Business men pretending to be homeless
  • Homeless by choice
  • Anti War
  • Celebrities bail themselves out of trouble/prison
  • Protests
  • What is hiding underneath burka
  • Strip fake tan/lashes/extensions to natural
  • Push boundaries - make people uncomfortable
  • Baz Lurham
  • Wear sunscreen
  • Talking, narratives, life lesson

    i like the fake to natural idea, and the celebrities in prison one. and the business men one! not sure which one i prefer but those are my favorites

    I quite like the idea of taking it in the David Cameron direction as it hasn't really been done before, plus i was reading an article on politics today and found a really interesting quote.. "the establishment has gotten worse... only its veneer looks better, more polished, but inside it's a greater mess. Deeper than ever is pretence and hypocrisy and put under closer guard are the backroom shenanigans."

    it got me thinking, are we just ignoring the obvious and emercing ourselves in our own selfish lives? are we quick enough to moan but concerned enough to do anything about it? are we even educated enough about it, is it even important anymore?
    why is it such a pushed aside subject?

    shall we bring the subject to the foreground.. maybe?

    that would probably be a better idea because it's something that isn't spoken about. there's probably more ways we can go with that instead of the others

    by the way, when are we meant to be actually making this film?

    i'm just trying to think how we could make it more fashion based though..

    i know, it'd be difficult to include fashion...

    i don't have a brief so i don't know. isn't it like the thursday of the week we go back? i don't even know when we're meant to start making it.

    and bekki, i haven't really thought much about it. i forgot it was only 2 minutes. i am soo unorganised :l x
